Twice annually, Chapters report to the home office their participants who have earned all As and/or Bs (or the equivalent) on their report cards. All participants, regardless of age, are eligible for this recognition. At the end of each semester, participants should bring their report card to their Chapter. A member of the staff should verify the grades, and indicate such in the database record of the participant under Participant Tracking. The home office pulls the current list from the database and creates high-quality certificates which are then signed by executive director Joe Louis Barrow, Jr. The certificates are mailed directly to the Chapter for distribution.
The First Tee Scholars Program will keep track of A/B Honor Roll recipients, especially high school students, in the hopes that these same students will apply for the designation of Scholar at the beginning of their senior year in high school.
