RYDER CUP TEAM
The First
Tee of St. Johns County would like to thank the Marsh Creek County Club Men’s
Golf Association for their commitment to sponsor this years Ryder Cup team. The
Ryder Cup is an annual tournament held between The First Tee of St. Johns County
and The First Tee of Jacksonville. The First Tee of St. Johns County won The 2008 Cup and will hope to repeat
this year. The match will be played at Deerwood Country Club in Jacksonville on Sunday
December 6th.
The First
Tee of St. Johns County extends an open invitation for all media sources to take

About Us
The First Tee of St. Johns County
is designed to impact the lives of young people by providing an affordable and
accessible facility where they can learn to play golf and learn the valuable
life skills associated with the game. The Chapter occupies a three-hole facility
and clubhouse, and is open seven days a week for play. Through its junior
membership, after-school, and special event programming, the St. Johns Chapter
provides instruction and playing time for over 500 St. Johns County children, ages 5-17, annually.
