San Jose Country Club Joins The First Tee Affiliates Program 

San Jose Country Club, a private country club located off of San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville, is the newest local golf course to join The First Tee of St. Johns County’s Affiliate Program.  This beautiful private course is surrounded by ligustrums, azaleas, iris, agapanthus and other lush foliage. Multiple tees, all par 72, offer a challenging game of golf for all levels of play. The course is accompanied by a practice facility, putting green, chipping green, lockers, clubhouse and fully stocked golf shop, supported by an exceptional staff of professionals who provide all levels of service for the men's, women's and youth golf programs.  Todd Bork is the head professional at the club.

San Jose joins Marsh Creek Country Club, Marsh Landing Country Club, Palm Valley Golf Course, and St. Johns Golf Club as members of this program.  The affiliate program was created to give local clubs the opportunity to support The First Tee by creating a partnership in which they agree to support The First Tee and its programs on their terms.  The affiliates support can be seen through financial donations through their Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations, club donations, rounds of golf, instruction, or by providing a facility access to provide programs in other areas of the community.  We are extremely grateful to have San Jose Country Club join these other four clubs as an Affiliate of The First Tee of St. Johns County.
